So yesterday was my 17th birthday. It wasn’t anything special. However, I saw my first rated R movie (legally) in theaters! It was open mic at the coffee shop and I stopped in after the movie. Everyone in the shop sang happy birthday to me, which was pretty rad. Then I went home and my family sang to me. I was kind of bummed when a lot of people I was expecting a text or a call from didn’t contact me at all. When I got on Facebook this morning I had lots of happy birthday posts from people I haven’t talked to in years which kind of made my day. I realized I’m not that popular. A lot of people don’t like me or even know I exist. But the people that do love me are amazing. I’m very lucky to have them. Thanks guys!
